Nomad's life in Bangalore

After long time i had been to weekend shoot. Thanks to BWS members for planning up this shoot. This was in my long pending shoot list :)

Nomads settlement @ 8th Mile, Tumkur Road, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Nomad’s at this place are mostly from Rajastan region and few are from south Karnataka also. A place where animal and people are living together. This place is a sort of slum. They live in temporarily made small tents.

People here are mainly depended on Camel for their daily bread. Men take Camel to urban areas and entertain by giving rides, each ride they charge around Rs. 50 or so, whereas women here go to construction work. And no clue about what children does.

I feel really sad for these kids, they are happy in their own world but they are totally unaware of what "future" is!!! And no one to guide them :(

Below are few shots, which I could take during the shoot. Every photo has a sad story in it :(
